Short Story Contest

January 5-February 6

Craft a story or use our theme, The Secret Shelf, as inspiration. All entries are due by Feb. 6. For all ages! Stories will be on display through March 6. Winners announced March 2!

 

Red Cross Youth Club Book & Bake Sale

Saturday, January 3-Sunday, January 4

The Red Cross Youth Club is raising funds for the Red Cross. Shop a variety of books, puzzles, and DVDs for all ages and grab a sweet treat (or two!).

Sale open during library hours:

9:00 to 2:00 on Saturday

12:00 to 4:00 on Sunday

 

Hoopla Discontinuing December 30, 2025

We’re saying goodbye to Hoopla at the end of this year.
MPL is committed to fiscal responsibility and ensuring sustainable services for all patrons. Unfortunately, Hoopla’s pay-per-checkout model has become unsustainable.
After December 30, 2025, patrons will no longer have access to Hoopla through Milton Public Library. Find the answers to your questions at the link below.

Puzzle & Board Game Swap

Sunday, January 18, 12-3 pm

Clean out your puzzle and game stash, bring them in and get something new to you. All items should be in good condition and all pieces should be included. Only want to donate? Drop your puzzles or games off before the swap.
