*Maximum Overdue charge is $5.00 per item. Lost, stolen, or damaged material fees are based on the cost of the item or extent of damage.

I hereby agree to:
1. Use the internet for educational, informational and recreational purposes only.
2. Respect and uphold copyright laws and all other applicable laws and regulations; I will not use the internet for illegal purposes.
3. Respect the rights and privacy of others by not accessing private files.
4. Agree not to incur any costs for the library through my use of the internet service.
5. Not create and/or distribute computer viruses over the internet
6. Not deliberately or willfully cause damage to computer equipment, programs, or parameters.
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian the entire time they are at the internet workstation.
The workstation will be available on a first come first served basis.
1. ½ hour use/2 times a day/2 hour break between uses.
2. The above policy is not enforced when user is doing school work or searching and applying for jobs.
Misuse or abuse of the computer or internet access will result in the suspension of all computer privileges.
